Who we are
Lake Ozarks Dock & Lift is a referral service at https://lakeozarksdockandlift.com. It is operated by Blake Reitnauer. It is not a dock builder and not affiliated with Ameren Missouri. Contact hello@lakeozarksdockandlift.com or (573) 555-0148. The phone number published on the site may be a placeholder until call tracking is connected. Email delivery depends on the domain being active.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect the fields you fill in: project type, boat and dock details, town, arm or cove, mile marker, property address, ZIP code, permit status, timeline, budget range if you give one, your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact time, and any photos you attach. We also store the page you submitted from, the time, the consent text you agreed to, and, in the server log, your IP address and browser type. Those last two are used to limit spam.
If analytics are enabled, the site may load Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager using an ID configured in the host’s environment. If those IDs are empty, those scripts are not loaded. A successful form and a click on a phone number are sent as events when analytics are present.
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The site is written for adults who own or are buying shoreline property.
Why we collect it
We collect the form so we can refer your dock or lift request to one independent Ameren-certified dock builder, operate that referral, prevent spam, and keep a record of the consent you gave. We do not use the form to build a mailing list for unrelated products.
Who receives it
- Blake Reitnauer, as the operator.
- The independent certified dock builder who has the referral agreement. If no builder is named yet in the site settings, the request is held for that single referral and is not emailed to a list of contractors.
- An email provider (Resend) if the host has configured an API key, so the request can be delivered as email.
- A spreadsheet webhook, such as a Google Apps Script URL, if the host has configured one. Photos are not sent to that webhook. The email, when it sends, can include the photos.
- An analytics provider, only if an analytics ID is configured.
The builder may pay the operator for qualified requests. That payment is the referral. We do not sell the information to data brokers, and we do not give one request to multiple builders to create a race of phone calls.
Ameren Missouri does not receive your form from us. If a permit is filed, that filing is between you, your builder, and Ameren.
Consent
The checkbox is unchecked when the page loads. Submitting the form requires the checkbox, because the point of the form is the referral and the contact that follows. The consent text you agree to is:

Consent version: 2026-10-22. The version and the time are stored with the request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase from a builder. You may call instead of using the form. Message and data rates may apply to texts the builder sends.
How long it is kept
The operator keeps a request long enough to deliver it, to answer a follow-up, and to resolve a dispute about whether consent was given. Copies that land in an email account or a spreadsheet stay under those accounts’ own retention. We do not promise a fixed number of days, because we will not invent a retention program we do not run.
Your choices
- Skip the form and call.
- Leave the checkbox unchecked. The form will not send.
- Email hello@lakeozarksdockandlift.com and ask what we hold about a request you already sent. We will need enough detail to find it and to know we are writing back to the same person.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser. The form still works without them.
Security
The form is submitted over HTTPS in production. No method of email is perfect. Do not send a photo you would not show the builder in person.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes. The consent version changes when the consent sentence changes. A request you already sent keeps the consent text that was shown to you.
