Lake Ozarks Dock & Lift ranks for dock and boat lift searches at Lake of the Ozarks and sends the homeowner’s request to one certified builder. The site is operated by Blake Reitnauer. It is a marketing and referral service. It will never display a CDB number as if the website itself were certified.
What the builder receives
A form submission with the project type, boat and dock details, town, cove or arm, mile marker, property address, permit status, timeline, an optional budget range, the homeowner’s name, mobile number, and email, and any photos they attached. The consent text and a timestamp travel with the lead. The current consent version is 2026-10-22.
Calls to the tracking number, once a tracking number is installed, can be separated later into a lift line and a dock line. Today there is one placeholder number, configured beside the domain in the site file.
What we ask of the builder
- Your name is on Ameren’s current approved list. We will look at the PDF before any agreement. A lapsed certificate is not close enough.
- You say what you actually do: new docks, lifts, refoams, roofs, or a narrower slice.
- You say where you will travel and how quickly you return a homeowner’s call.
- You agree that the homeowner is not charged by this website.
We are not interested in a builder who wants the leads resold again, or in putting “Ameren certified” in our title tag as a costume. Homeowners are told, on every page, that we are not the contractor.
How an agreement usually starts
There is no form on this page that signs a contract. Call (573) 555-0148 or email hello@lakeozarksdockandlift.com and say you are a certified builder. A sensible first step is a short run of real requests so both sides can see quality, then either a per-lead fee or a month-to-month exclusive rent. Those commercial terms are written down with the builder. They are not listed here, because a public number would be a guess.
Lift work and dock work can be split between two companies later if the phones and the pages are split. That is a configuration change, not a second website we have built.
What we will not do
- We will not hand you a list of other builders’ customers.
- We will not guarantee a lead count. Search demand is unproven until the pages have been in front of homeowners.
- We will not pretend a request is “exclusive” if it has already been sent elsewhere. Exclusivity, if you have it, means this site’s requests.
